As a University of Toronto summer residence, we welcome short and long-term summer accommodations for our students. Our dorm style building is located at 59 St. George Street, in the heart of the University of Toronto St. George Campus.

*Returning Students rates are offered to students who have resided at Knox Residence during each of the Fall/Winter sessions since the University of Toronto acquired the residence in March 2023.
Fees listed on our website are indicative and subject to final approval. Final fee assessments will be conducted in accordance with the applicable policies and guidelines at the University of Toronto. Final fees will be updated as soon as possible.
Please note these prices apply to post secondary students only (non U of T Students are required to provide proof of student status). Double room rate is only available for students who have a pre-selected roommate. To indicate this, please email info.knoxresidence@utoronto.ca
Knox Residence does not have a summer meal plan. There are no cooking facilities in the building, but residents are welcome to use the communal microwaves and fridges.
PAYMENT
U of T Students: Any unpaid fees on ACORN on the 15th of each month are subject to service charges.
Non U of T Students: Fees balance is due upon or prior to arrival at Knox Residence for check-in.
